The new Leather-Touch finish provides a soft-feel with further handling noise improvement. The Ultracardioid characteristics and the wide frequency response of the M960, permit higher "usable output'' with less "howling interference'' and impeccable reproduction in a given environment.The higher sensitivity of the Neodymium element allows greater operating distance between the source and the microphone, eliminating "proximity effect'' boominess and annoying "pops''. Other features include: Rugged zinc die-cast body, dual wind/pop screen, heavy-gauge screen and gold plated connector pins.
